TERMS + CONDITIONS Opening Hours: We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bookings for public/bank holidays require two days notice. There are special rates for these days. Surcharges: All Public and Bank Holidays are subject to a 25% surcharge except Christmas and New Years Day which are subject to 100% surcharge. Vehicles: We reserve the right to change any car booked as long as we provide the same standard of car. Account Customers: Invoices will be dispatched on a monthly basis and payment is requested within 14 days. Booking/Cancellation Charges: Atlas Executive reserves the right to surcharge customers unless a minimum of 24 hours notice is received. Waiting Time: All quotes are included of 10 minutes waiting time. For time in excess of this you will be charged £12.50 per 30 minutes. No Smoking: It is a legal requirement that Atlas Executive operates a no smoking policy in all our vehicles. We do not accept responsibility or liability for: Any delays caused by strike action. Traffic. If you should have any reason to complain during the hire, you must bring the nature of the complaint to the notice of the driver or representative in the first instance. He/she will then endeavour to resolve the problem for you.
